Many pharmacies have safe spaces where you can get information about support and make calls.

This 24/7 helpline, run by Refuge, is free at any time of day or night.

Galop - The LGBTQ+ Anti-Violence Charity

Galop provides confidential and independent advice and support for LGBTQ+ people who have experienced sexual assault, abuse or violence.

They also offer a hate crime casework service to offer advice, support and help if you experience homophobia, transphobia or biphobia.

Sexual Assault Referral Centres (SARCs)

Sexual assault referral centres offer medical, practical and emotional support to anyone who has been sexually assaulted or raped. They have specially trained paediatricians / Forensic Nurse Examiners (FNE), and support workers to care for you.
